Coach Rollpiece

steven roller

Hi everyone! My name is Steven Roller and I develop high performance baseball players out of Vancouver, Canada. I am a CSCS, with post secondary degrees in Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Physiology and Kinesiology.

I've coached in the PBL (elite high school baseball in BC Canada) for 10+ years, becoming the only coach in PBL history to win league championships at every age group.

While still coaching in the team environment, I currently work with university and professional athletes, and select high school athletes.

My focus is on long term results. Physical and mental strength is key to development and longevity in baseball, as well as life. I provide tools to athletes through programming and mentorship.

If your goals are to be the best player you can be, come train with me!

"I trained with Roller during my senior year of high school, and to this day I believe it's what has benefited me more than anything I've ever done in my baseball career. Not only is getting stronger important, but I learned proper patterns to move my body with maximal efficiency. If 6-8mph in an off-season doesn't tell you anything, I don't know what else would. Nothing but good things to say about Rollpiece Training Systems"

"Steven Roller provides guidance and programming to athlete that translates to success on the field. He prioritizes injury prevention and strength equally to give athletes the best chance possible of achieving their goals" - 89 to 92mph in 8 weeks.

"I have been working with Steven Roller for the past 2 years and he was the one person that got me to love lifting and training. The guy has a ton of knowledge and he is very fun to work with."
